Qualifications

• BA or BS in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration.
• 10+ years of work experience in communications, journalism, or marketing.
• Ability to work across a matrixed organization and lead through influence.
• Superior storytelling, writing and editing skills; strong oral communications skills and ability to convey complex ideas.
• Strong program management in fast-paced environments; detail-oriented and results-driven.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and able to drive business results through communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft PPT, Word, Excel and collaboration platforms; understanding of AI.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve HP Solutions communications strategy, ensuring clear, differentiated narratives aligned to business priorities.
• Lead communications for product and services launches (NPIs/NXIs), campaigns, and strategic announcements with cross-team coordination.
• Drive earned media programs and thought leadership around HP innovations and events.
• Oversee product reviews strategy, content development, and priority market outreach.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on positioning, messaging, and reputation.
• Serve as a central connector across Corporate Affairs, Marketing, and Business Units.
• Cultivate relationships with top-tier media, analysts and industry influencers.
• Lead a high-performing global communications team and optimize processes and budgets.
