Head of Social Media & Creator Partnerships (CALIBRATION MODE)

FitBod is seeking a Head of Social Media & Influencer Marketing to build and execute a content strategy that grows our audience of potential customers. Reporting to the co-founder, you'll develop a reliable process for creating content that converts impressions into followers and ultimately app subscribers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build a content strategy from scratch that reliably grows our owned audience
2. Establish an iterative testing process to identify what content resonates with our fitness audience
3. Develop and leverage non-paid influencer partnerships
4. Create and optimize both long-form (video, SEO, podcast, email) and short-form content (Shorts, Reels, TikTok)
5. Partner with creative producers to execute high-quality content

Requirements

1. Experience building a content strategy from 0 to 1 that successfully grew an audience
2. Strong track record with YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
3. Proven ability to test and measure content performance across channels
4. Experience with non-paid influencer partnerships
5. Creative taste and customer empathy, particularly in the fitness space
6. Understanding of customer segmentation and content personalization

Salary: $150k - $200k
