About the Role:
As the Head of Social Media + Influencer for Harry’s Brand, you will lead the creation and execution of innovative strategies that differentiate and elevate our brand in a competitive marketplace. This role requires you to manage and synergize our social media and influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversion. You will be instrumental in driving the strategic planning for various channel initiatives, ensuring they align with our brand values, messaging, and meet ambitious performance goals.

You are a seasoned marketing maven with a minimum of 8-10 years in brand marketing, equipped with extensive experience in managing high-impact social media campaigns and influencer collaborations. You have a proven track record of commissioning + executive producing highly engaging video content across TikTok, IG, Facebook, and YouTube. Your expertise includes strategic oversight of agency partnerships and partnership with internal teams. You thrive in dynamic environments and possess a keen ability to anticipate market trends and consumer behaviors through social listening.
Your passion for creating memorable and impactful communication is matched by your ability to anticipate and adapt to shifting consumer and technology trends. You have experience setting strategy, driving measurement, managing small teams with a common vision.

That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and our equity program. The base salary hiring range for this position is $158,400 -$217,800 , but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate’s location, skill level and experience.
