Job summary

PSD Underwear, based in Irvine, CA, seeks a Director, Social & Experiential to lead the two streams: Social Media & Influencers and Events & Ambassadors. You will build strategy, lead a 4-5 person team, capture content, attend events, and build relationships with creators and communities, moving fast while maintaining brand quality.

This role is open to Remote or Hybrid, with preferred locations Los Angeles, Portland, NYC or Nashville.

Qualifications

• 8+ years across social, culture, community, influencer marketing, events.
• Strong creator/influencer relationships and partnerships.
• Experience building ambassador and grassroots programs.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team.
• Willingness to travel and work nontraditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Own PSD's social and cultural strategy across platforms.
• Lead influencer/creator partnerships and ambassador programs.
• Develop events and grassroots community activations.
• Build a scalable, authentic culture-focused program.
• Lead a 4-5 person team and set high standards.
