Qualifications

• Demonstrated high degree of analytical ability and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership and team building experience, preferably in a maintenance environment.
• Effective interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license for state of residence with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, plan and schedule all maintenance tasks, along with project design for field operations; make decisions with aid from other leaders.
• Manage and direct Parts personnel to ensure cost effective purchasing and inventory control of parts.
• Assess staff skills and abilities through evaluations to maximize contributions to the team.
• Assist in hiring and training new staff.
• Provide leadership and mentorship in the shop to support team growth.
• Ensure compliance with governmental guidelines for inspection records, tools, hazardous waste, etc.
• Maintain safe, clean working environments and observe company policies.
• Communicate with Leaders and Equipment Operators about equipment and projects.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the shop.
