Job summary

Legacy Service Partners in Lincoln, NE seeks a Director of Shared Services to lead centralized operations across call center, dispatch, marketing coordination, talent acquisition support, and technology systems.

You will build a high-performing, customer-focused team, own KPI framework, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional partners while maintaining compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of operations management in residential home services.
• Experience leading call center, dispatch, or shared services in a multi-location environment.
• High proficiency in ServiceTitan including the ability to build, interpret, and act on operational reporting and configurations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, track, and manage KPIs that drive meaningful outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and levels.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of all shared services functions, setting goals and removing roadblocks to achieve performance targets.
• Oversee CSR and dispatcher teams, coaching, performance management, and development for 5-star customer service.
• Drive continuous improvement across all shared services, identifying root causes and implementing solutions to boost productivity and cut costs.
• Own the KPI framework; track, analyze, and report performance metrics to identify trends and address gaps.
• Collaborate with marketing, talent acquisition, technology, HR, finance, and field operations to ensure alignment across the platform.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes to uphold service excellence and company standards.
