Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Security/Roving Supervisor located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Head of Security/Roving Supervisor will oversee and manage security guard operations, conduct regular security inspections of each site, and ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. The role includes supervising security personnel, review of reporting through our RFI systems, and implementing security training programs.

The Head of Security/Roving Supervisor will also fill-in to shifts when no viable alternative is available or if a supervisor or team leader calls off, takes PTO, etc. Given the nature of this position, it is technically a 24/7 position should any incidents occur that require our response. RFI Security strives to balance the schedule to net to 40 hours per week over a 4 week period, but certain situations may arise wherein this position will work 40+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Security experience , military, or law enforcement experience required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• General technology skills is a plus (knowledge of iPhones and iPads and ability to learn general back-of-house technology)
• Ability to work independently and manage on-site teams
• Ability to respond to incidents, maintain professionalism, and act responsibly
• Ability to hold all RFI team members responsible
• Flexibility to respond to incidents at any time including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to dress professionally. RFI Security operates at Class A locations, high-end condos and hotels, country clubs, etc. where suits and ties are expected to be worn as part of your duties.
