Job summary

SiTime Corp. invites an experienced Security Operations leader to own detection, monitoring, and incident response across the organization.

You will mature the SIEM and oversight of the 24x7 MDR partner, crafting semiconductor-focused detection content and incident response playbooks. You will collaborate with Security Engineering, Vulnerability Management, Legal, IT and other functions to reduce risk, ensure readiness for 24/7 operations, and drive measurable improvements in detection coverage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, engineering or related field.
• CISSP, GCIA, GCIH, GCFA or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Hands-on experience deploying/operating modern SIEM (Microsoft Sentinel preferred).
• Experience managing an MDR/MSSP relationship and driving remediation with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SIEM, log onboarding, detection content, tuning, and cost management.
• Define and enforce log coverage across cloud, SaaS, endpoints, network, and labs.
• Manage 24x7 MDR provider including SLAs, escalation, and service quality.
• Develop detection use cases for semiconductor-specific risks and ransomware scenarios.
• Lead incident response programs, tabletop exercises, and engagement with Legal, Communications and IT.
• Map detection coverage to MITRE ATT&CK and ATLAS for AI systems; drive continuous improvement.
