Job description

To enable Energy Systems to achieve its strategic ambitions and become future fit, we need leaders who drive business operations to meet customers' expectations while also continuously improving the way we work. North America is therefore seeking the Head of Section Transmission and Distribution Compliance to lead teams offering utilities, generators, and loads practical solutions for connecting to the transmission and distribution systems.

The Head of Section optimizes business operations and improves the long-term performance of the section. They work closely on commercial opportunities to strengthen and expand the business, including driving a doer/seller culture. They direct service line activities and foster technical competence development within the section aligned with Energy Systems strategy.

The Head of Section focuses on delivery and utilization, gains efficiency within the section, partners with Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Market Account Managers (MAMs) to deliver excellent customer experiences, and stimulates collaboration across the organization. They must ensure the right staffing with appropriate capabilities and strive for a high-performing, collaborative culture and exceptional employee experience.
