Endeavor Schools, LLC's Baltimore Montessori School Canton is seeking a Head of School / School Leader to guide day-to-day operations for Toddler to Elementary learners. The role emphasizes transforming classroom culture, ensuring quality care, and delivering Montessori instruction in a safe, nurturing environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Education (or equivalent), 5+ years in licensed Early Childhood centers, 3+ years in management, and comfort with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education required or equivalent combination with 3–5 years in Education.
• Montessori experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Minimum 5 years in a licensed Early Childhood Learning Center.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience with strong performance results.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic technology.
• May occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to the school.
• Inspire positive community interactions and foster staff development.
• Implement Montessori pedagogy in a safe, nurturing environment.
• Collaborate with families, staff, and partners to support students.
• Ensure high-quality care and education across Toddler to Elementary levels.
