Fusion Academy in Burlington, MA is seeking a Head of School in Training to lead a 1-to-1 program for grades 5-12. The interim role covers 4–6 months at the Burlington campus, with potential expansion to Fusion Boston locations as growth continues.

This hire will support the Burlington campus for approximately 4-6 months as interim HOS, then support other Fusion Boston locations. Within the school year, Fusion is expected to continue it’s growth in this market requiring further permanent and additional Head of School level leadership support.

In addition to base salary, Fusion Heads of School are eligible for performance bonuses tied to KPI achievement.
