Job summary

Coram Deo Academy–Collin County seeks a Head of School to serve as the chief campus leader, driving spiritual, academic, operational, and cultural health for the campus. The Head reports to the Board of Trustees, partners with CDA Services, and oversees day-to-day operations within Board-approved policies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required for Head of School position.
• Advanced degree in classics, humanities, philosophy, theology, or liberal arts is an advantage.
• Proven leadership experience in K-12 or classical Christian education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic campus leadership and governance.
• Oversee budget, finance policies, and operational planning.
• Collaborate with Board of Trustees and CDA Services on campus initiatives.
• Lead organizational development, faculty growth, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee admissions strategy and enrollment targets.
• Maintain strong relations with families, churches, and community partners.

Education

Master's degree
