• Spiritual Leadership: Exhibits Christian maturity and leads staff in spiritual growth.
• Leadership: Develops effective strategies with the board and staff; advocates for Christian education.
• Faculty Responsibilities: Oversees staff evaluations, policy communication, morale, and retention.
• Instructional Leadership: Keeps Christian Education knowledge current; supports curriculum improvements.
• Organization & Management: Oversees day-to-day operations, safety, program needs, and calendar planning.
• Finance: Manages budget and financial reporting in coordination with the board and finance officer.
• Public Relations/Development: Recruits and retains enrollment; maintains positive school image.
• Parent Constituency: Keeps parents informed and promotes parental involvement.
• Student Relations: Exercises godly conduct and maintains biblical relationships with students.
• Board Relations: Keeps Board informed; prepares materials for meetings.
• Facility and Transportation Management: Oversees facilities, transportation, and safety.
