White Horse Academy, Bloomington Normal's classical Christian school, seeks a Head of School to lead its next stage of growth. Founded in 2023, the half day school currently serves kindergarten through seventh grade and is building toward a full K–12 classical Christian program, with high school launching in 2028–2029.

The Head of School reports to the Board of Directors and serves as chief executive. Key priorities include strengthening academics and classical pedagogy, developing faculty, sustainably growing enrollment, deepening parent partnership, and launching the high school.

The successful candidate will be a professing Christian who fully affirms the school’s Statement of Faith and is committed to classical Christian education. The role calls for an entrepreneurial leader who demonstrates high character, an infectious love of learning, communicates effectively, and develops a team of scholarly friends.
