Job summary

Baxters North America is seeking a senior sanitation leader to direct all sanitation operations across the facility, ensuring compliance with USDA, FDA, GMP, HACCP and safety standards. You will develop strategies, lead audits, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 8-10 years in sanitation or related fields and 3-5 years in leadership, with strong capabilities in program development, KPI management, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Direct and manage sanitation operations to meet USDA/FDA/GMP/HACCP/OSHA requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain sanitation programs and standards.
• Establish departmental goals, KPIs, and accountability.
• Lead and develop sanitation Supervisors and staff.
• Develop workforce plans and staffing models for operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead audits and inspections by customers, regulators, and internal teams.
• Oversee budgets including labor, chemicals, and supplies.
• Drive continuous improvement in sanitation effectiveness and productivity.
• Partner with Quality Assurance to address food safety concerns.
