Position: Head of Sales - UK & Benelux

Job Description:

Head of Sales – UK & Benelux

Position Type: Individual contributor with potential for future leadership roles.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and grow large accounts, focusing on engineering services in Embedded, Software, and Digital domains.
  2. Engage with customers, especially VP & CXO level, to build long-term relationships and referrals.
  3. Lead the complete sales process from initial contact, presentations, proposals, negotiations, to closing deals.
  4. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  5. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting and other sales activities.
  6. Expand revenue and business with existing clients, particularly those with design centers in the western region outside the Bay Area.
Qualifications:
  1. 5-15 years of experience in digital and embedded engineering services sales to large enterprise clients.
  2. B.E./B.S./B.Tech in Engineering; MBA preferred.
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales quotas upwards of $5-10M and managing large accounts.
  4. Strong technical skills in Digital and Embedded engineering with a consultative sales approach.
  5. Experience managing sales teams, including inside sales teams.
  6. Fluent in English; willingness to travel 30% within UK and Benelux regions.
  7. Experience with offshore service companies in Hi-Tech, Medical Devices, Industrial, or Mobility domains is desirable.
