Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
• Experience in pump rental, fluid handling, or related industrial sectors preferred.
• Proven ability to scale sales teams and revenue to multi‑million levels.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, KPI development, and CRM analytics.
• Willingness to travel regularly across markets.
