What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage the US sales team, focusing on both inbound and outbound sales motions
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies targeting the PSA verticals
- Build account plans and drive strategic deal execution on high-value opportunities
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing to ensure alignment on messaging and market insights
- Implement outbound sales methodologies and establish KPIs for improved visibility and accountability
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7-10+ years of experience in B2B software sales, with proven success in leading sales teams
- Experience targeting professional services, agencies, IT services, or consulting firms
- Strong skills in coaching teams in solution and value selling
- Deep understanding of pipeline development and segmentation
- Highly analytical with fluency in CRM tools and sales metrics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with outbound sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPICED
- Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM systems
- Track record of hiring, developing, and retaining top sales talent
- Empathy for the buyer journey and understanding of PSA-specific challenges
