About The Role We’re looking for a seasoned, strategic sales leader to join us as Head of Sales & Homeowner Success. This is a highly visible leadership role overseeing our Sales, Homeowner Support, and Revenue Operations teams. You’ll be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing organization that drives growth of Point’s Home Equity Investment and future products while furthering our mission to make homeownership more valuable and accessible. As we scale rapidly, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Point’s growth trajectory and culture. This role reports to our Chief Growth Officer.

At the launch of each position, we benchmark compensation to the appropriate role and level utilizing competitive compensation data from various data sources as references. At the offer stage, we use the signal we received from our interviews, coupled with your experience, location, and other job-related factors, to determine final compensation.
