This remote role requires 15+ years in B2B SaaS sales and expertise in fraud and compliance with US banks. The successful candidate will focus on coaching a sales team and building relationships with key industry executives. Offering a competitive compensation package of $400K – $450K OTE plus equity and benefits, this position offers significant growth potential.

As a Head of Sales, Banking for our Enterprise team, you will play a pivotal role in championing the Sardine value proposition. This role offers the best of both worlds—a mix of hands-on sales and leadership (building out a team!), with 40% focused on individual contribution and 60% dedicated to mentoring and guiding the team.
Your responsibilities include coaching and empowering the team, cultivating a qualified pipeline, formulating sales strategies, and securing deals within prestigious US banks and other FIs. This position reports directly to the Head of Global Sales.
Sardine is looking for an accomplished sales professional with a proven track record and an established Fraud and Financial Services network, particularly in dealings with US Banks and Fortune 1000 corporations.
This is a unique role that offers the opportunity to build and scale a team focused on selling to banks across the US and Canada. You’ll be hands-on and have a direct impact on Sardine’s growth. While you will own deals, your primary focus will be on developing and scaling the team for long-term success.
$400K – $450K OTE + Equity with tremendous upside potential + Attractive benefits
