Job description

Bluemark is a profitable, established B2B design, manufacturing, and fulfillment company. We build and run branded programs at enterprise scale — kits, custom packaging and bags, and global swag — for demanding, high-volume brands across logistics, consumer, and large-workforce sectors. We source, kit, and fulfill complex physical programs internationally and on deadline. The business has grown steadily and profitably for years. We're now bringing in a dedicated sales leader to take full ownership of the sales function and drive its next phase of growth.

About Bluemark

Bluemark is a profitable, established B2B design, manufacturing, and fulfillment company. We build and run branded programs at enterprise scale — kits, custom packaging and bags, and global swag — for demanding, high-volume brands across logistics, consumer, and large-workforce sectors. We source, kit, and fulfill complex physical programs internationally and on deadline. The business has grown steadily and profitably for years. We're now bringing in a dedicated sales leader to take full ownership of the sales function and drive its next phase of growth.

The role

Bluemark has grown fast and profitably for years. Now we're bringing in the sales leadership to take it to the next level — turning that momentum into a repeatable, well-run growth engine. You'll own the function outright: define the playbook, set the process, and shape how we sell, on top of a business that already delivers at enterprise scale.

This is a hands-on leadership seat. You build and run the engine, and you stay close to the business itself — leading from the front on the biggest opportunities and serving as the executive relationship and escalation point for our most important accounts. You set the strategy, and you're in the room on the deals that matter most.

What you'll own
  • The sales function, outright. Strategy, process, forecast, and the playbook — ideal customer, positioning, pricing discipline, and the motion that makes winning repeatable. It's yours to define.
  • The executive relationships at our marquee accounts. Be the senior face and escalation path for our largest customers — in the room on the biggest opportunities, trusted by their decision-makers, steering the deals that move the business.
  • The team. Lead the existing account-management group and hire your first net-new hunter — their ramp, their targets, their number.
  • How the company sells and delivers. Set the operating rhythm — pipeline reviews, forecasting, clean stage definitions — and partner with production, fulfillment, and finance so what we sell, we deliver profitably.
Who you are
  • A closer with a rolodex. You bring relevant, activatable relationships with enterprise buyers on day one.
  • You’ve carried the big ones. A track record of personally closing large, complex six/seven-figure deals through enterprise procurement — the credibility to be trusted by our biggest customers' decision‑makers.
  • A hands‑on leader. You build and run the engine and stay close to the deals — comfortable setting strategy, coaching a seller, and sitting across from a customer's executives, without a big support org behind you. You lead from the front.
  • You’ve built, not just inherited. You’ve stood up and scaled a sales motion from the ground up — process, a first hire, and forecast — not simply run one someone else built.
  • A rigorous operator. Process‑and forecast‑disciplined, data‑driven, and relentless about pipeline.
  • 10+ years in B2B sales, including senior sales leadership and hands‑on closing.
  • Fluent selling into or adjacent to: enterprise brands with large or distributed workforces, physical‑goods and branded programs, promotional products, manufacturing, or fulfillment.
Nice to have
  • Existing relationships among large‑enterprise buyers of branded programs, kits, or workforce goods.
  • Experience hiring and ramping a first sales hire under you.
  • International sourcing / supply‑chain fluency.
  • Experience scaling a lean, high‑margin business.
  • Comfort with modern, AI‑assisted sales tooling.
What success looks like — first 90 days
  • 30 days: a fast, honest read on the business — the pipeline, the existing account team, and where the real opportunity is. A clear point of view on what to keep and what to change, and a written plan for the function and the team build‑out.
  • 60 days: the plan in motion — sales process, stage definitions, and forecasting rhythm in place; the existing account team working to it; the hunter role defined and actively recruited; you engaged directly in the top accounts and biggest pursuits.
  • 90 days: a credible, defensible forecast; measurable movement on new enterprise logos; your first hire hired or at final stage; the account team operating on the new rhythm; you established as the executive relationship at the marquee accounts.
Compensation

Highly competitive base plus uncapped variable, structured to reward profitable growth — with meaningful equity or profit‑share and standard benefits. We pay to win a genuinely proven leader.
