Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Informatics to guide the development of enterprise risk adjustment analytics and business intelligence solutions. You will transform complex clinical, operational, and risk data into actionable insights that drive provider performance and program efficiency.
This customer-facing role partners with Market leads, Finance, Clinical, and Operations, delivering data storytelling and AI-enabled analytics.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in healthcare analytics, informatics, performance insights, actuarial, value-based, or BI.
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing analytics, reporting, or BI.
- Strong executive communication, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and team development.
- Advanced experience with SQL, Python, and BI tools such as Power BI/Tableau/QuickSight.
- Proven ability to lead complex analytics portfolios and establish priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead risk adjustment and provider performance analytics to deliver actionable insights.
- Oversee analytics delivery across markets, specialties, and lines of business.
- Drive adoption of AI, automation, and modern BI capabilities.
- Establish KPI definitions, governance, and an enterprise analytics framework.
- Mentor a team of analysts and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
