CIPIO.ai is a next-generation creative performance agency specializing in UGC (user-generated content) sourcing and Ad creation. Our work helps consumer brands and agencies supercharge their marketing efforts across paid social, connected TV, and retail media networks. We’re entering an exciting new phase, expanding our offering to include custom-built AI solutions that help marketers scale creative production and optimize performance.

Role Overview

We're looking for a driven, strategic, and execution-focused sales leader to run and grow our agency business powered by AI. This individual will take full ownership of our sales engine, drive revenue across both brand and agency accounts, and play a hands-on role in delivering our core UGC and ad creation solutions. The role also includes oversight of the customer success function to ensure we retain and grow client relationships.

What You’ll Own

  • Build and manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close
  • Own pipeline development, forecasting, and deal strategy for both new and existing accounts
  • Prospect into mid-market and enterprise brands (primary) and creative/media agencies (secondary)
  • Package and sell our core UGC sourcing and performance ad creation services
  • Introduce and position our Marketing AI Agents that help marketers accelerate content workflows and performance optimization
  • Collaborate with creative and delivery teams to scope services and timelines

Customer Success Oversight (20%)

  • Provide high-level oversight of the CSM team to ensure deliverables are met and clients stay happy
  • Support retention and renewal conversations, stepping in for key accounts as needed
  • Track client satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities
  • Ensure a smooth handoff from sales to post-sale success

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–10 years of experience in sales, growth, or revenue leadership roles
  • Solid contacts in the consumer brands and/or agencies
  • Proven success selling services and/or software to marketing teams at consumer brands
  • Familiarity with UGC, paid social, or performance creative strategies
  • Experience selling to or working with creative/media agencies
  • Bonus: Technical knowledge or familiarity with AI tools and how they can be applied to marketing workflows
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills who thrives in a startup environment
