What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and manage a team of enablement professionals to execute programs across pre-sales, sales, and customer success functions
- Design and implement onboarding, continuous learning, and skill development programs for team effectiveness
- Drive adoption of proven sales methodologies to standardize processes and enhance deal quality
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify enablement needs and deliver impactful solutions
- Manage the creation of enablement content, tools, and learning paths to support sales representatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales enablement, or sales leadership roles
- 5+ years of experience leading and scaling enablement teams in high-growth SaaS or B2B environments
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies, particularly MEDDPICC
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex projects
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with additional sales methodologies such as Challenger or SPIN
- Background in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proven track record of improving sales processes and forecasting accuracy
