Job summary

In this role you will lead and coach district managers and restaurant leaders, drive operational excellence, turn strategy into clear plans, manage labor and food cost, and build strong teams that attract top talent. You will collaborate with finance and cross-functional teams to improve performance and observe service quality in daily operations.

Tacodeli is looking for a hands-on Director of Operations to lead our restaurants with heart, hustle, and a passion for great food. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll drive exceptional guest experiences, strong restaurant performance, and a culture that reflects what makes Austin special.

What You’ll Do
