Talentola seeks a Head – Technical Product Management (Renewable Products) to lead the technical product management function for software solutions in Renewable Automation & Control. You will define product strategy, drive innovation, and ensure successful execution across the portfolio while supporting USA technical sales.

The role requires 18+ years in technical product management for T&D software and a strong renewable power background, with experience in cloud, AI/ML, and edge computing.

Formación

• 15+ years of experience in Technical Product Management for T&D Automation & Control software.
• Strong background in Renewable Power Plant Controls, Renewable SCADA, Hybrid Energy management Systems etc.
• Exposure in software development, cloud platforms, AI/ML, and edge computing in power systems.
• Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing product management teams.
• Experience working with utilities, regulatory bodies, and grid modernization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of industry standards (IEC 61850, CIM, IEEE 2030.5, OpenFMB, NERC CIP, etc.).
• At least 3 years' experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or supporting sales teams in the North American market is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• MBA / Master's in Power Systems, Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute product vision and strategy for Renewable Automation & Control software.
• Drive multi-year product roadmaps aligned with market trends and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Technical Product Managers.
• Establish a strong product management framework with agile methodologies.
• Foster culture of innovation and cross-functional collaboration.
• Define and prioritize feature development for grid automation, controls, and energy management.
• Collaborate with development, engineering, and regional delivery teams to ensure timely software delivery.
• Drive adoption of cloud, AI, and edge computing technologies in T&D products.
• Engage with utilities, regulators, and industry stakeholders to inform roadmap.
• Support sales with product positioning, collateral, and competitive analysis.
• Engage key USA-based customers to translate feedback into product enhancements.
• Optimize pricing, licensing, and monetization models; track KPIs.
