RZR Global is seeking a Head of Machine Learning to lead the development of our next-generation ML platform. You will oversee infrastructure for training and serving deep learning models powering our Demand Side Platform.

Our ML systems support real-time bidding, ranking, pacing, and fraud detection at massive scale. This role combines technical leadership, hands-on development, and organizational building, with end-to-end ownership in a fast-growing, privacy-focused advertising environment.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience building production machine learning systems.
• Experience taking ML models from research to production at scale.
• Strong programming background in Python and at least one systems language.
• Experience with large-scale data pipelines and training infrastructure.
• Ability to operate as architect and implementer in early-stage environments.
• Excellent communication across engineering, product, and leadership.
• Fluent Mandarin.

Mansioni

• Design and build production ML system with training pipelines and real-time inference.
• Prototype models and ship production systems in codebase.
• Lead ML team, hire and mentor, shape engineering culture.
• Collaborate with engineering to support low-latency predictions.
