QuEra Computing, based in Boston, seeks a Director of Product Marketing to own market understanding of its quantum products. Translate complex technical milestones into precise, credible messaging and enable the commercial team with compelling tools for HPC centers, national programs, and enterprise innovators.

You will bridge the technical roadmap with market needs, partnering with scientists, product managers, and sales to shape launch messaging, content, and analyst engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physics, engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of B2B product marketing or technical marketing experience in deep tech (quantum computing, HPC, semiconductors, scientific instruments, or enterprise infrastructure).
• Demonstrated ability to master complex technical subject matter and write with precision and clarity; prefer specificity over hype.
• Track record of building messaging frameworks and sales enablement assets that measurably improved outcomes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; comfortable with PhD-level scientists and executive buyers.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and messaging for QuEra’s systems and services across market segments.
• Translate technical milestones into market-facing narratives that withstand expert scrutiny.
• Create and maintain sales tools: presentations, battlecards, one-pagers, objection-handling guides, proposal content.
• Drive competitive intelligence and brief internal teams on market shifts versus competing modalities.
• Support product launches with messaging, content, webinars, analyst briefings, and conference presence.
• Bring market feedback into product and roadmap discussions to shape what we build and how we talk about it.
