Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, public policy, or related field.
• 10+ years in economic development, business attraction, investment strategy, or semiconductor leadership.
• Experience leading large-scale industry initiatives and public-private partnerships.
• Experience in state government or economic development agencies.
• Experience in technology, quantum, microelectronics or semiconductors.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement strategic vision for market engagement and revenue growth.
• Structure partnership agreements with industry partners.
• Lead negotiations with investors and government agencies.
• Manage relationships with IQMP tenants and partners.
• Collaborate with IL EDC, DCEO, P33, and external partners.
• Represent IQMP at local, national and global industry events.
