Job summary

Harvard University HQI seeks a dedicated professional to lead academic affairs operations for the Quantum Science and Engineering Ph.D. program.

You will coordinate graduate student advising, manage the student lifecycle, and support undergraduate education initiatives within HQI. Responsibilities include developing coursework, partnering with faculty and industry, and advancing diversity and belonging goals through mentoring, training, and outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• At least 7 years of relevant work experience.
• PhD in science or engineering strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to STEM outreach.

Responsibilities

• Lead academic affairs operations for Quantum Science and Engineering Ph.D. program.
• Advise graduate students and oversee lifecycle management.
• Coordinate undergraduate education and Sedcondary Field in Quantum Science and Engineering.
• Develop partnerships with academic and industry entities.
• Produce reports on course development, teaching effort and diversity goals.
