Quva seeks a Director, Quality Control Lab to lead day-to-day QC testing operations at Bloomsbury, NJ, with travel to Sugar Land, TX. You will manage staff, set departmental goals, and ensure compliance with cGMPs and company policies to deliver high-quality sterile products.

Expertise in analytical chemistry and microbiology, along with 10+ years in lab work and 5+ years in management, are required. This on-site role offers growth opportunities and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• A BS degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology or related field with significant experience.
• Ten years of analytical chemical/microbiology laboratory experience and 5 years of management experience.
• Pharmaceutical laboratory experience in analytical methods development and validation.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Quva does not sponsor visas.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Quality Control Lab across production sites.
• Lead training programs for laboratory staff and evaluate subordinates.
• Ensure SOPs comply with cGMPs and company policies; maintain safe laboratory operations.
• Direct routine QC release testing and stability labs to ensure timely, compliant results.
• Provide analytical chemistry and test method transfer expertise across laboratories.
