Job summary

Reinforced Learning seeks a senior quality leader to own data and product quality across our programs. You will establish standards, supervise a team of senior reviewers and quality analysts, and ensure integrity of metrics such as error rates, agreement, escape rates, and customer findings.

You will decide what ships and what goes back, collaborate on review tooling with platform teams, and calibrate graders with research to maintain rigorous quality controls in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Senior experience running quality, audit or review functions for technical or data products.
• A review process you built that scaled and stayed rigorous.
• Enough technical fluency to review code and data yourself.
• Direct, clear and unmoved by deadline pressure.
