Job summary

Amazon's PXT Central Science is seeking a Director of Qualitative Research and Survey Science to own the qualitative user research practice and lead the science behind Amazon's employee surveys. You'll work with senior leaders to translate qualitative insights into actionable decisions and align with quantitative research.

Responsibilities

• Identify workforce challenges and partner with quantitative science leaders to build a mixed-methods research agenda.
• Develop creative qualitative and survey approaches to measure changes not captured by numbers.
• Represent work in senior leader forums and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Maintain and advance the science behind Amazon's employee survey program.
• Provide guidance on qualitative and survey methods across PXT teams.
