Qualifications

• 10+ years of software QA experience, including 5+ years in QA leadership at Head of QA or Director level in high-growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Proven track record building and scaling QA teams in fast-paced environments.
• Deep technical credibility across QA methodologies, test automation frameworks, and performance testing.

Responsibilities

• Define and run the QA strategy across functional, regression, performance, and security testing for a platform spanning web, mobile, API, and biometric components.
• Establish and enforce quality standards, test plans, and best practices aligned with customer expectations.
• Design, build, and scale automated test platforms integrated into CI/CD pipelines; close gaps in automation.
