Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years purchasing experience in homebuilding.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are required.
• Ability to read blueprints is essential.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet and word processing software.

Responsibilities

• Generate preliminary home budgets and establish product features.
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors for pricing and delivery.
• Bid onsite construction and manage subcontractor pricing changes.
• Oversee the complete Purchase Order process.
• Assist with hiring subcontractors and support Construction management.
• Conduct staff meetings and train team members.
