Job summary

Qualifications

• MLS/MLIS from an ALA-accredited program is required.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible public library experience; 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Experience in multi-branch libraries and community-focused organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide system-wide leadership for all public service departments across multiple locations.
• Lead strategic planning, policy development, and priority alignment with senior leadership.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, recruitment, and staff development.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate public programs and services library-wide.
• Build community partnerships and represent the library in the community.
