Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking a Sr. Manager for Provider Operations to own provider data accuracy end to end—from validation and verification to publication in the member directory.

You will lead a hybrid onshore and offshore team and partner with product, engineering, and network leaders to turn directory data into a care-navigation tool. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years in healthcare operations, including 2 years of people management, plus strong regulatory knowledge,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of relevant healthcare operations experience
• Hands-on ownership of provider data, provider directory, credentialing, or network operations
• Strong knowledge of CMS Medicare Advantage directory and related regulatory guidance
• Ability to analyze data sets to generate insights and drive action
• Experience building repeatable operational processes with QA frameworks and workflows
• Excellent communication to influence cross-functional stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own provider data accuracy end to end across roster intake, credentialing, and directory publication
• Ensure provider directory compliance including CMS requirements and regulatory obligations
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and respond to regulatory inquiries
• Lead and scale a hybrid onshore/offshore team, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
• Develop metrics and SLAs for provider data accuracy and report to executives
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and network leaders to evolve the directory into a care-navigation tool
• Support care navigation by ensuring data quality for provider attributes like location and status
• Evaluate vendor relationships supporting provider data and directory accuracy
