Job summary

Blisk Dynamics is seeking a hands-on Head of Manufacturing in Long Beach, California, to lead the production of next-generation gas turbine engines. This role involves owning the entire manufacturing organization and transforming prototypes into high-rate production systems.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in manufacturing, demonstrated ability to scale complex programs, and expertise in modern production methods relevant to aerospace hardware. Join us to help define manufacturing from first principles.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing, production, or advanced-manufacturing engineering, with proven ownership of the path from prototype through high-rate production.
• Experience establishing and operating manufacturing quality systems in regulated environments.
• Proven ability to build and qualify a supplier base for flight-grade components.

Responsibilities

• Own the full manufacturing stack for gas turbine hardware.
• Drive the ramp from first articles to repeatable high-rate production.
• Lead manufacturing process validation and documentation.
