KPS Life is looking for a strategic, experienced professional to lead our Proposals, Budget & Pricing function. This Director-level role is critical to our continued growth—owning proposal development, pricing strategy, and cross-functional alignment to deliver best-in-class solutions to our Sponsors.

As a stand-alone Functional Service Provider (FSP) focused exclusively on clinical research, we pride ourselves on white-glove service, flexibility, and Sponsor-first thinking. What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end proposal process (triage, strategy, writing, pricing, delivery)

Contribute to product and solution strategy

Develop and refine pricing models to optimize competitiveness and profitability

Collaborate with BD, Finance & Ops to ensure strategic, unified proposals

Build and maintain a scalable proposal content library

Manage and mentor a high-performing proposals team

Participate in client meetings and maintain key CRM metrics

What You Bring

• 5+ years in proposals, pricing, or business development in clinical research or life sciences
• Proven expertise in pricing strategy, proposal writing, and cross-functional leadership
• Strategic thinking and financial acumen
• Strong ability to collaborate and lead cross-functionally
• Strong writing, communication, and negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences or Business preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
