Job summary

Elevate Infrastructure is seeking a Director of Project Execution to oversee utility-scale storage and PV+Storage projects from late-stage development through commissioning. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high safety and quality standards in a cross-functional environment.

The role partners with EPCs, battery OEMs, utilities, and regulators, spanning development, permitting, procurement, engineering, construction, and handover to O&M. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in utility-scale energy project management.
• 2–3 years in BESS-specific roles.
• Experience with lifecycle management from development to commissioning.
• Familiarity with U.S. permitting and regulatory processes.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee late-stage development through commissioning and handover to Operations.
• Develop and manage detailed execution plans, schedules, risks, and KPIs.
• Lead EPC selection, bid normalization, and contract negotiations.
• Direct site construction managers and third-party inspectors.
• Ensure safety, schedule, and budget targets are met.
