Job summary

Elevate Renewables F7, LLC is seeking a Director of Project Execution in Phoenix, Arizona. The successful candidate will manage utility-scale storage and PV + Storage projects from late-stage development to commissioning, ensuring projects meet safety and quality standards.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders, manage project plans, and ensure delivery within budget and timelines. Candidates should have significant experience in project management, particularly in BESS systems, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in utility-scale energy project management.
• Deep understanding of BESS components: lithium-ion batteries, PCS, and BMS/EMS systems.
• Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of infrastructure or energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee utility-scale storage and PV + Storage projects from late-stage development to commissioning.
• Support early-to-mid-stage development with feasibility analysis and schedule development.
• Manage project execution to ensure successful handoff to O&M/Asset Management.
