• Bachelor's degree in media or related field; 5–7 years in media production or content management.
• Experience with PBS programming strongly preferred; management experience required.
• Proven leadership, budgeting, and strategic planning abilities.
• Strong editorial judgment and FCC/public broadcasting compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Set broadcast and digital strategy for local and streaming platforms.
• Lead independent production partnerships and funding efforts.
• Oversee content acquisitions, licensing, and governance.
• Manage Programming team and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally on campaigns, promotions, and editorial calendar.
