Job summary

Semarchy is expanding its post-sale organization in the Americas by creating a Director of Professional Services role to lead a growing delivery team and shape the delivery model from scoping to go-live. This build-and-lead position focuses on establishing SOW standards, estimation models, and scalable playbooks while partnering with Sales, TAM, and partners to ensure time-to-first value and adoption.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Professional Services or consulting in enterprise software.
• 3+ years leading delivery teams.
• Experience building PS methodology from the ground up — SOW creation, estimation, work‑breakdown structures, and delivery playbooks.
• Experience managing a subcontractor or partner delivery model, including enablement and quality governance.
• Fluency in the revenue, gross margin, and utilization levers of a services business, with experience helping manage a services P&L.
• Experience standing up or running a presales scoping process — translating requirements and architecture into accurate, deliverable SOWs.
