Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM.
• 8 years of technical leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in ISO-9001 or AS9100 Quality Management certifications.

• Define strategic production plans and build alignment with Engineering and Leadership.
• Grow and manage a multi-shift manufacturing team.
• Oversee assembly, integration, and on-time delivery with safety culture.
• Collaborate with Engineering to optimize build operations and processes.

• Monitor capacity and drive continuous improvement.
