Job summary

Torus seeks a Head of Product, Systems to build and lead a product team focused on directed discovery, balancing speed and quality across software, embedded systems, data, and testing tools. You will drive product strategy, mentor engineers, and own the evidence-based decision framework guiding customer value and market fit.

You will collaborate with Heads of Software, Embedded Systems, Data, and Testing Tools & Frameworks to ensure the technology stack delivers measurable outcomes for customers

Qualifications

• Hardware–software integrated products experience.
• 10+ years in product roles with 4+ years leading PMs/designers.
• Hundreds of moderated customer sessions and research.
• Direct commercial exposure with deals won or rescued.
• Quantitative fluency from telemetry or event data.
• Evidence-based decision making and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own the whole-product evidence system and metrics across VOC/CPT/CCT.
• Moderate customer sessions regularly and mentor teams.
• Own Systems product strategy and cross‑functional alignment.
• Support closing deals with choosers using product evidence.
• Decide deal-specific product commitments and roadmaps.
• Instrument fleet telemetry as the confirmation layer.
• Hire, grow, and level PM and design teams.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
