Job summary

The executive will build and lead a product organization that translates member and clinical needs into scalable capabilities, driving continuous improvement and optimized outcomes across the enterprise. Responsibilities span strategy, governance, talent development, and end-to-end product delivery.

• Demonstrated accountability for roadmaps, investments, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience building product-centered teams and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead a multi-year product strategy and roadmap aligned with Insurance objectives and stakeholder needs.
• Own portfolio investment decisions and determine what to build, when, and why to retire a product.
• Set measurable outcomes and hold teams accountable for results across customer, clinical, and financial metrics.
• Lead discovery through research, interviews, journey mapping, data analysis, testing, and feedback to inform priorities.
