CommercialTribe is seeking a Head of Product to guide our next phase of product development. You will interface directly with senior sales leaders and their managers, collaborating across engineering, sales and marketing while reporting to the CEO.

The role demands strategic thinking, tactical execution, and a strong product-led approach in a fast-paced startup environment. This is a unique opportunity to shape a new product category, move quickly from trial motion to a true product-led

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience as a product manager or owner in an agile environment.
• Experience with modern SaaS products.
• Experience and passion for user research and UX.
• Proven ability to influence people internally and externally to drive outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong business and technical aptitude.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the product roadmap and the supporting product releases/milestones.
• Engage with customers and prospects for user research including the formulation and testing of customer-problem-product hypotheses.
• Maintain a high-quality product backlog by breaking down larger projects/features into smaller user stories.
• Bring the voice of the user into product discussions informed by user research and qualitative analysis.
• Partner closely with UX design in user research/discovery and design.
• Team closely with engineers to ensure iterations are executed efficiently with high quality.
