Job summary

GCash is seeking a Head of Product Operations to drive the product vision, strategy, and operational health across fintech products in the Philippines. The role requires 5–10+ years in Product Operations or related fields and 4–6+ years in leadership, with a solid understanding of software and APIs.

The successful candidate will coordinate across Product, Finance, Operations, Compliance, CX, and partners, champion automation, and provide regular reporting on product performance and incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, CS, Finance, or related field.
• 5–10+ years in Product Operations, Business Operations, Product Management, Payments, or Fintech.
• 4–6+ years in people leadership.
• Basic understanding of software and APIs.
• Data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Operations & Strategy: Own the product vision and roadmap, translating business strategy into product strategy and ensuring products meet success and performance targets.
• Customer & Partner Experience: Ensure products are intuitive, reliable, and responsive to customer and partner needs, including handling in-app experiences and API issues.
• Operational Excellence & Cross-Functional Delivery: Coordinate across Product, Finance, Operations, Compliance, CX, and partners; improve workflows, controls, monitoring, and automation while delivering projects on time.
• Leadership, Problem-Solving & Performance Management: Build and lead high-performing teams, provide regular reporting and recommendations, resolve risks, and address blockers to maintain product health.
