? Role Overview

As Head of Product Marketing, you will be the voice of the customer and the market. You’ll drive positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation while leading product launches and empowering sales with the insights they need to win. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the CEO.

? Key Responsibilities

  • Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling positioning and value propositions across product lines tailored to targeted personas and industries.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Own and execute launch strategies for new features and products, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Lead market research to monitor competitor activities, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop tools, collateral, and campaigns that enable sales teams to close deals more effectively.
  • Customer Insights: Work closely with product management, user research, and analytics teams to surface insights that shape roadmap and messaging.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of product marketers.

? Qualifications

  • 8–10+ years of product marketing experience in B2B software or SaaS
  • 4+ years leading product marketing teams
