Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Product Management and Growth to spearhead the development and enhancement of our product portfolio while driving significant business growth. This role will focus on launching innovative products tailored to the evolving cryptocurrency landscape, effectively communicating product value to internal teams and external stakeholders, and fostering user acquisition and engagement. The ideal candidate brings a passion for digital assets and blockchain, paired with extensive experience in financial services or technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Product Leadership: Craft and execute a long-term product vision and roadmap that aligns with organizational growth goals.
• Growth Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to boost user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization through targeted experiments and initiatives.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics to evaluate product performance and growth initiatives, using insights to enhance user experience and business outcomes.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with engineering, marketing, sales, and other departments to align on and execute growth-focused strategies.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product managers, growth marketers, and data analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Product Communication: Clearly articulate product specifications and benefits to internal teams (engineering, marketing, operations, finance) and external audiences through compelling demonstrations and presentations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management with expertise in blockchain.
• Proven expertise in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of emerging cryptocurrency technologies and market dynamics.
• Hands-on experience in trading environments, including margin trading and risk management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and optimize small, high-impact teams.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executives and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in data analysis and experimentation methodologies to uncover growth opportunities.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel for creating impactful presentations and analyzing data.
